Hello native English speakers. This time is for just one sentence but a bit long written by me. Not Tom but Jack did that task not with any tools but his left hand , not for his boss but for his friends, not in his home but in the open air, not in the morning but at night. Question: Is this sentence grammatically correct? By the way, ① If I have removed all of the commas in this sentence, what about the correctness of its grammar? and about its meaning? ② If I deliberately change the order of all the elements which function as adverbial. (for one example: Not Tom but Jack did that task not in the morning but at night, not in his home but in the open air, not with any tools but his left hand , not for his boss but for his friends.) is such a sentence also grammatically correct and having the same meaning?

Because of the one-child policy, most people around me who was born in 1980s don't have siblings. They grew up withou sharing snacks and toys with others. Their parents spent all the time with them and created the best living condition for them. When they grow up, they are confident to do their work well. However, they always feel lonely and don't know how to get along with others well. When they are sad , they tend to digest the bad mood themselves. Their memories of childhood is full of bored things. On the other hand, though these people who have at least one sibling experienced some tough time during their childhood, such as being lack of snacks and toys, but their memories of childhood are full of laughter and happiness. When they feel sad, their sbilings usually spend time comforting them. They like to talk about the fun things they did when they were chidren. Sharing is really a good thing to do,it can bring you happiness!
